applications for nanobubbles

The unique properties of nanobubbles and the ability of Anzai’s technology to deliver any gas into any liquid, even of high viscosity, means that this technology can be effective in a greater number of industries than ever before and so offers incredible new business opportunities. Without going into the specific science here, it can be applied to:-
water purification (lake cleaning)
waste water/sewage treatment
sterilization and disinfection
equipment and industrial cleaning
cooling systems
ferric leaching
mining
farming (soil cleaning and growth promotion)
food preservation (without chemicals)
hydroponics
aquaponics and aquaculture
pharmaceutical and medical
cosmetics (beauty treatments)
grooming (human and animal/pet)

waste water/sewage treatment

About 80% of the running cost of any waste/sewage plant is the energy required to deliver oxygen into the process. The usual way of achieving this is to use a system of aeration. Any bubble larger than a nanobubble will quickly rise and leave a liquid. This is true of bubbles produced by aeration so oxygen has to be continually pumped in using heavy equipment.
Anzai's nanobubble generators when used in this industry, will place oxygen bubbles into the process which remain a long time. Pumping or mixing can be reduced from twenty hours to four hours resulting in energy savings of between 50 and 70% depending on system.

ferric leaching

Ferric leaching usually has to take place at very high temperature as oxygen is injected into the molten ore in order to speed up the process which separates the various elements of the ore into its constituent parts, the individual metals, zinc, copper etc.
Anzai's nanobubble generators can be used in this industry because the carbon ceramic material can easily withstand the high temperatures required. The rotary/propeller style units are placed into the molten mix in order to deliver the oxygen. Again nanobubbles stay in the tank for longer and the leaching process is faster. Recent tests in the leaching of copper have indicated an increase to productivity of around 30% on existing systems.

aquaponics/aquaculture

The three most important challenges facing aquaculture stakeholders and threatening its progress and successful growth are: 1. environmental pollution (caused by production), 2. huge use of energy and 3. health and quality of fish stock in high density farming. Anzai's nanobubble technology which guarantees a 90% gas transfer rate offers an effective solution to all of these problems with one device.
Anzai's nanobubble generators are already employed in aquaculture and aquaponics in some Asian countries. Where used, stocks are healthier, with lower mortality rate than local competitors and the growth rate of livestock can be accelerated by ~30%, whilst there are energy savings of 50%.
